We are in the process of taking numerous large orders. This means that some of our warehouses will be winding down faster than others. We do have possible options of servicing you from a different warehouse, but this issue could affect your ability to receive certain models. We apologize if this puts a strain on your needs. We advise that you plan further out than you typically do.

As alluded to in our previous letter, we have been in discussions about finding a suggested domestic supplier for our clients and the Flanner Buchanan Funeral Centers. The interests of our Private Label customers are a top priority. Recently, collaboration with the Batesville Leadership Team allowed us to observe their recent investments. Their offerings maintain consistent quality and delivery, alongside innovations in burial, cremation, technology, with flexible pricing and agreements designed for funeral home businesses. We are pleased to announce that Batesville is offering competitive pricing as well as flexible partnership options for all Private Label customers, including the possibility of proceeding without a required contract. You will need to talk directly with Batesville to understand your business needs and how to update or set up your account. In the short term, Private Label can meet your productneeds, so please continue to call with orders but we also encourage you to check in with Batesville in the coming weeks.

Relationships are everything in this business and our people are an important part of our organization. We are pleased to announce that Kenny Ross and Michelle LaPan plan to join the Batesville team after Private Label closes its doors. These are familiar faces who you trust and have become accustomed to working with and we believe this will make the transition easier for many of you.
